Pricing questions
One-time per seat. You pay $40 when you enroll a trainee and never again — no monthly fees, no annual renewals, no surprise charges.
Yes. You can enroll additional trainees at any time from your supervisor dashboard. Each new seat is the same flat $40.
The BACB requires the 40-hour training to be completed within 180 days of starting. The platform tracks each trainee's start date and flags anyone approaching the limit. A trainee who exceeds 180 days would not meet the BACB's eligibility requirement for that enrollment.
Yes. If your organization requires an invoice or PO before payment, reach out through the contact page and we'll set that up.
Pricing is a flat $40 per seat for everyone — no tiers, no minimums. For organizations enrolling large cohorts who need custom billing arrangements, contact us.
If a trainee has not started the course, reach out within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund. Once a trainee has begun the curriculum, seats are non-refundable.
