Inside the course
Hours tracked per section
The platform enforces the minimum hours the curriculum outline requires for each section. Trainees cannot skip ahead or rush a section.
Progress that survives interruption
Everything is saved as you go. Stop mid-section on a phone and resume on a laptop without losing your place.
Scores visible as you go
Knowledge check results and mock exam scores are shown throughout, so nobody reaches the end unsure whether they are ready.

FAQ
Aspiring Registered Behavior Technicians and the organizations who train them. Whether you're preparing to sit for the BACB exam or onboarding a new cohort, every lesson maps to the 2026 RBT Training Requirements and Curriculum Outline (sections A through H).
Yes. The curriculum is built specifically around the RBT Training Requirements and Curriculum Outline, covering all sections A through H, with the minimum hours per section enforced. Content is reviewed and updated whenever the BACB releases changes.
Yes. You can enroll additional trainees at any time from your supervisor dashboard, at the same per-seat rate shown above. There is no minimum and no commitment to a cohort size up front.
No, and that is deliberate. The rate is the same whether you enroll one trainee or a hundred, so there is no threshold to hit and no negotiation to sit through. If your organization needs custom billing arrangements, contact us.
Yes. If your organization requires an invoice or PO before payment, reach out through the contact page and we'll set that up.
The BACB requires the 40-hour training to be completed within 180 days of starting. The platform tracks each trainee's start date and flags anyone approaching the limit. A trainee who exceeds 180 days would not meet the BACB's eligibility requirement for that enrollment.
Yes, within limits. A refund can be requested within 90 days of purchase. If the seat has not been used we will refund it. Once a trainee has started, a refund is no longer automatic: we review partial completions individually and may decline them, and a seat is not refundable once a certificate has been issued. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
